Effective May 1, 2026, Lumbee River EMC will introduce a Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment (WPCA) of $0.0075 per kilowatt-hour. Our electricity is sourced through NCEMC from a diverse mix of energy sources, including nuclear, coal, hydro, and natural gas, through agreements with Duke Energy.
